1. My workouts seem to go by faster.
2. The workout actually feels good.
3. While i seem to get less tired from the workout, i leave the gym with my shirt soaked in sweat front to back, this is funny because the same routine did not produce this effect 2 months ago.
4. I get light hot flashes right after i eat and they last for about 45 min. My appetite is through the roof i seem to burn food like a furnace. Big change from 6 months ago when the food sat there for like week.
5. Fat melting off. 1lb of fat =3500 calories. Still a while to go but still, comebacks are a bitch.
6. Life appreciation has gotten a boost, my patience and outlook took a turn for the better.
7. I seem to suffer no penalty for drinking alcohol. Let me say this though, this means a couple of shots of spirits, NOT beer, and when i mix them it's with a diet soda. Also i do not get fucked up, i have it in MODERATION, once to twice per week.
