My neighbor was arrested today because the local garbage guy found used amps and needles in his trash and the feds/local auhtorities have been finding them in his garbage weekly.

Oddly enough the guy did not know a god dam thing about it and they found nothing in his home!

I've thought about that. I have a homeless guy who roots through the trash cans in my alley. I always make sure my rigs are in a sealed container so he doesn't poke himself while looking for cans.

When it comes to garbage disposal and trash there is "NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY" therefor, its fairgame for all.

providing its at the end of the property and in plain view, they cant come in your house open a cabinet door and go through your garbage, but aside from that its fair game
