1. Bar of Cetaphil antibacterial soap. Use it so wash your whole body except your face.

2. Bottle of Cetaphil face wash. It comes in one of those squirt containers like lotion comes in.

3. 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. I think that's what it's called. Use this for spot treatment.

4. Try to tan once weekly.

Shower twice daily and use these each time. It has helped me out tremendously. I have used Cetaphil for years and was recommended to me by a derm when I was in my teens.

As many post as you see on here concerning acne I figure this would get a couple of replys...bump to those who haven't seen it.

Yes its a very common problem for most me included, the face wash is great and i find tanning can help keep them to a min.
