These new platinum features suck!!!!

This thumbnail thing is retarded. I pay for a platinum membership, and one of the bigger perks of that is to be able to share and post pics, but now only other platinum members can see what I post, what kind of constructive feedback can someone give me on a pic the size of a stamp???
I never regretted putting the cash, $120 canadian, into my membership until now........

what do you mean bro? Now everyone can see your pics. At least that is what it says in the forum table of content.

But only as a tiny thumbnail pic, only platinums can see the fullsize

I appreciate your concern. And I agree that it would be nice if everyone could have all of the Platinum features for free. In fact, almost everyone agrees that it would be wonderful if everything Platinum did not come with an associated cost. Unfortunately, we had to go to the thumbnail system for several reasons.

First, many members do not want their gallery of pictures to be available to the general public. Members who posted in the past, especially femalem, had problems with harassment from non-paying members.

Second, before now, non-Platinum members could not post pictures at all. Now, even non paying members can post and see full-size their own pictures. And as a Platinum member, you can see their pictures full-size too.

Lastly, the bandwidth cost to serving pictures is enormous as is the cost of the entire boards in general. In a perfect world, advertising would pay the entire cost of the boards, but unfortunately, advertising does not come close to keeping this site online.

Your generous support, makes this whole site possible, and as a way of showing my appreciation, we make many advanced features (like picture galleries, realtime chat, the new stealth URL expertpcsupport.com, extra PM's, faster code, no advertisements, 10% off at massquantities.com, and the private boards) available only to you.

As I said, we appreciate your generous support for making this site possible. And to the non-Platinum members, I hope you will encourage them to support us as well and join Platinum. The new advanced Platinum features are very extensive and are unique to the elitefitness.com site. You may not believe this, but we have non Platinum members who spend (I'm not kidding) over 7 hours a day on the boards, yet cannot afford a 29 cent a day contribution. Your help changing this situation and encouraging members to join Platinum would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, I took a look at your gallery, and you have posted a great collection of photo's. You look great, with excellent size and definition -- especially your biceps! I'm really trying to encourage members to create galleries like yours, so it would be my pleasure to send you 6lbs of Triple Threat for the hardwork that went into creating your gallery -- not to mention, your giving the ladies of Elite something to enjoy Just send me your address, and I will get the protein out right away.

George, thanks for the reply. I do understand that this board must cost an arm and a leg to run, that's why I paid for platinum when I didn't really even use the features. This site is where I've learned most of what I know about anabolics, and considering the nature of the beast, you can't really put a price on such knowlege, especially considering what I've managed to do with that knowlege. It was just kind of frustrating that the first time in a while that I posted any pics, most of the reply's were that people couldn't see what I had posted.
As far as the free triple threat, I haven't tried the product yet, but am always open to trying new supplements, especially free ones, so I'll send you that address.
