I know all gyms have them so you know what I am talking about. There are always a couple of guys who when working out either:
1. Use awful form and are about to kill themselves
2. When benching load up the bar but when they bench they only go down about 6 inches then go back up
3. Also again, load up the bar and have their spotter help them with their weight from the first set because they cannot even move the weight on their own
4. People who never work out while they are in there, they just walk around and try to talk to all the girls in there
5. Load up the bar and do it twice and then walk around like a big shot because he did 20 more pounds twice than you did 12 times.
Yall have these guys? What do they usually do or look like?
