is the sorriest piece of crap for pain relief!!

I tweaked my lower back at the gym and found one of them and put it on my back to see if it would help. It's suppose to generate heat to help with "deep muscle relaxation", and the only thing that you notice is that it has damn sticky tape to hold it on. It didn't generate any heat, but taking it off did take off a few layers of skin.

I did manage to find my last vicoden, so hopefully that will help me sleep tonight, so I can see the doctor tomorrow.

Yeah, I had to call in to work tonight, so I get to look forward to a lecture from my manager when I talk to him tomorrow.

Hopefully the doctor can give me a muscle relaxer and I'll be able to walk like aperson instead of a robot.
