There's any working cutting gel?

There's any topical solution to use in the waist and abs area to melt down some fat and get those abs showing up?...I'm not fat...i'm getting big from my cycle, buling pretty clean but with some bit of fat on lower abs and some love handles...there's any good stuff for that?

I heard that Yohimburn works. You could get it at the AF store. But it allows you only to target fat loss, you will still need to diet.
