I ate like a pig on Sunday, including half a b-day cake. hehehe

I just had a couple glasses of wine and 3 turkey sausages.

I can still see the veins in my serratus.

I have absolutely no idea what cardio is either.

My metabolism rocks.

Bwahahahaaa

:p Be even better if it was a little pink :p Did you have a baked potatoe with it?

You don't really want pork pink. Better to cook it done. Had a loaded potato with it. Good stuff.

Oh shit I thought that was beef... I could go with a load backed potatoe right now.... :p

Hell, it could have been beef. I saw it on another person's plate and I told the waitress that is what I wanted. She said it was a barbeque brisket. Come to think about it, it was probably beef.

Yeah looks like beef pork is lighter in colour.

Brisket is beef.

And there isnt a damn thing wrong with haveing your pork medium rare. "Infection was once very common and usually caused by ingestion of undercooked pork. However, infection is now relatively rare. During 1997-2001, an average of 12 cases per year were reported. The number of cases has decreased because of legislation prohibiting the feeding of raw-meat garbage to hogs, commercial and home freezing of pork, and the public awareness of the danger of eating raw or undercooked pork products. Cases are less commonly associated with pork products and more often associated with eating raw or undercooked wild game meats."

The deal is that all comercial label pork is 'Certified', meaning frozen to kill any of trichenella, the big pork suppliers simply cannot afford NOT to...

So unless its your pig, eat your pork med rare. I have been for near 15 years. No worries, mate.

I knew the food policeman would set me straight. That's why I posted a second time on what it was just so I wouldn't get dressed down as bad. I did not know that about pork. I can tell my wife now not to scorch them and make them dry.

The main thing was that it was extremely tender and a great taste. On to my next meal!:)

You are pretty handy to have around.

I got an idea. How about don't watch tv? Watch movies instead? Read a book?
When I am at the gym I am subject to what ever is put on the t.v at home I barely watch t.v so it is not an issue plus I can easily change the channel at home.
