there is a huge guy at the gym but he is not strong !!

I sure can't argue with you about a point of useable strength tapering off. I've yet to come close to that point and rarely try to set limits for myself. My body does that on it's own without me helping it. My personal bests have been 385 bench,505 dl,and 525 squat at around 185 bw(with belts and kneewraps,but no dl suit or bench shirts) Certainly nothing to brag about when compared to guys that have been powerlifting a reasonable amount of time. So i'm still street legal for sure:) I can say i sure wouldn't mind hitting 400 bench, and 600 dl and squat. The trade-off in a little quickness and endurance for the added power would be worth it for me(and it would put my lifts past Jill Mills at least,she is unbelieveable).

bump for hillbilly...lol, we are just giving you a hard time....it may be his pumps too, when im on a big cycle its hard for me to look strong cause the blood just fills everything and i cant move..ex: 315 5 times cant get anymore...335 5times.....365 5 times....385 5 times.. i cant get over freakin 5 reps!!!!! its like that on say 225 too, damn primobolan+mast+test:mad:

I have that same problem when I am "ON"...I will be doing curls or pushdowns and I can only get 5-6..I'll go up weight and get 5-6 go up again and get 5-6. It is Hella-insane! I thought i was just weird.
