theoretical question about marijuana

Say someone smokes marijuana in a bathroom, with the shower on hot, steam up the room, and puts the fan on, and shuts the door, then i go in the bathroom half an hour later when they're done, will this hurt my gains? can i still get the "estrogenic" effect or am i totally off? thanks.
