theoretical first cycle

Were I to do a serious AS cycle, what would you recommend? I'm looking to see what folks suggest and then do some research on the AS that are recommended.

Stats: 25, male, 165-170, <7% BF. Worked out steadily for the last 6 months but have a lot of ground to make up for being a pussy wimp until then.

Goals: Avoid any serious damage, gain muscle mass I can keep AND endurance (my event is the 5k) - those two are equally important. I've been told that AS can help with aerobics/running, and 5k is not very far (3 miles or so).

So - what should this first cycle look like? Thanks.
 
Personally I would suggest you work out for a minimum of three years before doing an cycle. You want to be sure that your nutrition and training are in order and that you have reached your genetic limitation. Also, if you were a "pussy wimp" as you put it, then chances are your workouts are set for AS because they are not of proper intensity.
However, if you feel the need, I would suggest a D-bol & test enan stack.
400 mg of test enan weekly for ten weeks
20 mg of d-bol oral for the first four weeks.
Again, I highly recommend you put it off for at least another year, but spend that year learning about them so you are prepared. Also be sure to study the post cycle methodology.
 
i started juicin when i really got into lifting- had always worked out off and on but never on a program till the juice came along. its important that you take alot this first cycle, just like i did, so you get a positive mindset. dont mess around with this first one, its important. this is the cycle that will make you think you can rocket to the top- even if you never do really make it. for the first few years you will think like this and this is an awesome feeling. when you buy a new car , its fun to see how fast it can go. my first cycle was 900mg noradren50/week with 30mg d-bol /day. threw in some anapolon50s to.50 pounds of muscle in 2 months. i thought i was gonna be mr america by 19. was a great trip

Normally, I wouldn't even bother with AS but there's a job related need.

My current workout is very intense; over the last 6 months I've gained 20 lbs of lean muscle mass. My cardio is also pretty intense.

However, it really can't wait - I need a jump start. And I look forward to taking whateverI hear on this board, researching it, cross checking it with people in the know, and getting down to business.
 
shit if you gained 20 pounds lbm in 6 months naturally, why fuck that up now? It's better to have a good foundation before your first cycle. But if you really want to juice then thats your decision, just listen to the guys and search and you will be set. Most likely they will tell you to make test one of the compunds for your first cycle, maybe even the only one as that is good also. The dbol/test stack that boulders mentioned is good, shit even sust at 500mg/week by itself is good dude if you think all you want is instant gratification and you wanna get bigger. Dbol will definitely kick start your cycle well.
 
What do you mean by job-related need? Are you an actor or something? What do you need to put on muscle for and what is your time frame?
 
The job has a trial phase that is physically incredibly intense.

So... this stuff is good for muscle but how about for cardio?

Obviously there are drugs that help with cardio or else this stuff wouldn't be illegit for olympic runners.
 
i woudl recommend a WINNIE deca stack

i woudl do 100 mg of winnie EOD
and 300 mg of deca EVERY 3 days,
for 8 weeks,
maybe throw some d bal in just to get things started.

the winnie is agreat for cardio and the deca will not retain alot of water but will give you posative lean gains,

i have doen 3 differnt stacks andd that one wa s my abosolute FAV.
