The Vascularity Thread!!

I want this to be a thread about vascularity...for those who have big huge spider veins, and for those who have none. Lets get some good posts up about what it takes to have huge veins wrapping around your quads like vines and huge squiggly ones strangling your biceps.

What has given you the most vascularity over the years...what did you do for training, diet and gear that really helped?
 
In my experience, it has been a total bf/diet issue. Granted if you're carrying alot of water from gear you lose tha vascularity, so bloat must be limited in the gear department, but really it just comes down to getting lean. This coupled with higher volume training has always been key in bringing out veins. Personally, I'm a much bigger fan of them in the upper body. Never wa big on the huge thigh ones, though they do demonstrate a high level of development and conditioning.
 
The ones in my upper body are stickin out more and more, its because of my diet.Just a normal high protien diet.
 
I was vascular when I was 13 years old and it carry on into my age. Now I'm more vascular then I would be because of Eq,winny,test and working out on a regular basis.
 
I have no veins what so ever.... wish i could get more vascular, all i have done is a 7 week cycle of var, i have extremely thick skin to the point of having a hard time to just give blood. The poke me over and over and over again to try to find a vein. My bf is about 10%, where do you guys think i need to be to really start to notice more vascularity. im 6'4 240. i didnt think 10% was that bad, most of the fat is in my ass honestly.

well changing from 6 corndogs to 3 isnt gonna do the trick :)
