Lets start a thread collection of all of the worst injuries either seen in the gym or self-obtained. I've read a few posts I wanted to hear more details about how it happened and what kind of weights were involved.
One thread (don't remember where) captured my imagination when he said he was doing shrugs and he had too much weight resistance and straight out tore his traps I think. That sounds SOOO painful
