Starting my first cycle next monday. 300mg deca/w and 250mg teste/w. Going to run this for 10 weeks. Im pretty damn excited that I am finally going to go through with this. Ill let ya all know how i fair.

As a general rule when running deca, always keep the test dosage abit higher than the deca, that will combat libido issues and help you against the dreaded deca dick, you and your lady will thank me in 4-6 weeks

yea man especially for your first cycle. This is the beset beginner's cycle around i believe! good luck man make sure your diet and training is up to par
