The stereotype for bodybuilders

I'll preface this by saying I work at a top 5 (well, I guess it's now the big four) investment bank, so a lot of people are extremely judge-mental and snooty....just the nature of the business...well today I'm waiting for a meeting to start in a conference room on the trading floor...a group of about 5-6 people who are extremely senior to me come in, and I'm fortunate enough to have relations with all of them....they told me they were taking the room since no one else from my meeting was there yet...casual joking goes on and they tell me I can come in and kick them out if need be, so of course the weightlifting jokes start...haha yeah whatever, so I walk out, and I hear the guy go "okay, so this quarter, benchpress up, squats are marginally down, blah blah" It's all good and fun and humor, but that is the first thing people see and notice, and unfortunately they all associate being a stupid meathead with that. Everyone in my group jokes around with me and CONSTANTLY talk about my eating patterns, the protein bottle under my desk, etc....well you know what, save it for the fat fuck a few cubes down that acts like he would die if he didn't grab 6 cookies everytime they were out

Okay, sorry....just had to vent....but I just hate in this society it is okay to have a prejudice and openly criticize and joke about certain traits, but not others

I've been hearing that shit for years. Just rolls off my back when I look at them and their pathetic "physique".

Believe it or not it's a form of discrimination. Personally I have no issues with telling whoever to fuck off and tell them I am much happier this way then looking like a bag of shit. That usually stops any comments.

Personally, I find that the older I get, the less I care of what people think of my personal habits. Tomorrow I'm going to work in a grass skirt for shits and giggles. Ya meathead.

It's better than being fat. Nothing in life is worse than the treatment fat people get. Esp when not young anymore.

Me either. I give as much shit as I get. People at work noticed in the past couple weeks my veins now popping all over my forearms after I shaved the forest of hair.

I get people asking if I'm on roids and stuff jokingly, but you know they are serious.

This one guy that weighs 280 pounds said to me. "Geez, you really are looking big these days. You one of those roid monkeys? Man, I can't stand roid monkeys." This fat fuck son of a bitch says it right to my face. So, I told him "Are you jealous because they have lean muscular bodies and you are an obese tub of shit?" And then walked away. I was so fucking pissed off at that guy. God damnit.

Then, I felt bad and went and apologized to him for what I said. But I did tell him it pissed me off what he said.

I never thought I'd see the day an obese beached whale starts ripping on gym rats and muscleheads for their bodies. Of course, it's out of jealousy, but still, what the hell is that all about?

We should just start a law that says if a fat guy rips on a muscley guy, the muscle guy gets a chance in the octagon with that son-of-a-bitch.
