The shorter barbell question of weight...

Bros I'm using the shorter barbell for my curls, but I don't know the actual weight of it. Any of you bros know the official weight of this thing?

Might be 25, might be 35. Best bet is to put it on the scale.

Depends on the size of the bar. Just weigh it on the scales, we cant answer this reliably

It isn't standardized like an olympic barbell which is always 45 pounds. It will depend on the manufacturer but most smaller barbells are 25-35 pounds.

Your best bet would be to place the barbell on the scale at the gym so you know what the exact weight is.

The only reliable way of finding that out, is putting it on a scale, or standing yourself on a scale while holding it - this way you will find out exactly how much it weighs. It is just too hard to tell how much it weighs based on the fact that it is shorter than normal.

I would check on the actual bar as some of them say what the weight is. If not then just weight it on the scale.
