I didnt see one episode from the first season, but started watching with the 1st episode of the 2nd season. Became one of my favorites after watching just one episode.

When Mackey burnt that guys face on the stove, friends of mine were turning away from the TV. And when Mackey's boy with the teeth said "I guess I'll just have to let my dick do the talkin" to that black chick, that was pretty suave.

All the first series, some people I know were like "You should watch it". I figured it was just another cop show, so I was like "fuck that". Then I watched it and it's quality.

I match your sentiments, except I wouldnt shoot a TV (unless I was really, really big ballin and had like 20 more). And corrupt cops dont bother me, as long as they arent fucking with me, I could care less who they deal smack to and shit like that.

Yep...by far my favorite show.

One of my favorite scenes this year was the opening of show 3 (i think it was) when they were replaying the beating of armadillo and playing breakdown by tantric...that song fit perfectly!

So if he catches you with gear in your car he should be able to keep your car right? Or if you are coming from the bank after cashing your check and he pats you down and finds a joint in your pocket he should keep your paycheck? You are giving them too much power to become even more dishonest then they already are. They have too much as it is. You never been through the system have you? Don't answer, it's obvious.
