The shakey weak postworkout feeling....

Ok so its prob not gear related but I know your guys know what I'm talking about, About 30 minutes or an hour after you workout you get that shakey weird cold and weak feeling, what is that? You think it it blood sugar or high low,or BP?? Any ideas on how to keep it from happening?
 
hell yea, i love that feeling. If the cold weak feeling bothers you tho, you could take a warm shower to heat your body up and to relax your muscles. IT could take away some of the shaking and cold weak feel.
 
I know exactly what you mean. I thought it was from downing a 40g shake and a 32oz gatorade in succession haha. I always feel like passing out after my workout but i love it cause i know i gave it my all.
 
here is what you should do pre workout drink a mix of a product like endurance and glut and do the same right after you wont get any of this and obviously right after training drink 50mg of whey and dont wait more then 45-60mins for the real meal
