The Sciatic Nerve...is it hard to hit?

For glute injections, has anyone ever hit this nerve? Is it easy to hit? I figure that if I inject high enough, I should be okay.

Stick to the top of the glutes and never further in than mid-way on either cheek. Then you'll miss the sciatic nerve with no problem.

The Glute is one of the most recommended sites due to its safety. The uper outer quadrant. 100% safe

It's diffcult to hit since it is such a deep nerve and is buried under a large amoune of muscles in the glutes. If you hit it trust me you will definetly know.

wow that pain would be KILLLLLER!!!...but as said about, its so deep that it is not likely you'll ever come close to it

go with the top right part of the glute and you should be fine, stay away from the are in the attached pic
