Interesting to see Presidents so guardedly trying to tell the public who really runs things. Kennedy was more succinct than others...until his demise.

I beleive Clinton came right out and said that he realized early that his political future depended on backing from "international bankers."
I think that was about when the Chinese economy started exploding. No way that China went where it has in the past 12 years without some "help."
