Anybody heard of the The Real Muscle Training DVD. - http://www.naturalolympia.com/index_DVD_article.html it looks pretty good and if John Hansen is really a natural then the dvd looks very promising. Any ideas? Thanks.

I watched the free preview. He seems like a nice guy but the DVD seemed pretty basic - if I understand it correctly, he's going to go through a bunch of exercises where he does a warmup set using perfect form, and then a 2nd set where he shows what it's like to lift with 'high intensity'. Not sure how much value it'll have for you unless that sort of thing gets you motivated to lift.

On a semi-related note, anyone see the commercial for John Basedow's DVD's?

I guess he's doing motivational seminar's now and it's hilarious how staged it is. He's up there on a podium with his highlights and tight red cut off Underarmour saying things like 'Don't quit. Don't ever quit' as he looks disapprovingly at the audience. Then they cut to the audience and they all nod in agreement, like it's some kind of revelation. Good stuff. BTW he looks to weigh all of about 165lbs.
