Has anyone noticed the labels on N.O. products i.e. do not use if you have difficulting urinating due to an enlarged prostate. Do these supplements cause enlarged prostates? The reason I bring this up is I'm 37 and have been taking these products for years and now I'm having symptoms of BPH (enlarged prostate) Just wondering if anyone else has? :worried:

I would say no bro. Creatine is Is already very abundant in red meat. Your own body also makes creatine as well. So that would be like saying eating to much red meat will enlarge your prostate. Just not a real threat to worry about.

No I am not sure about but I doubt that as well. AAS use is more likely to do this then any otc products.
