the POST CYCLE - "keep your gains" Thread !

Feel free to post your cycles if something special can help keep gains from that drug .. but

My cycle was:

12 amps of Sust 250 over 10 weeks .. maybe minus a few days.
and we'll say 4 weeks of winny @40 mg ED..

NOW.. I have two weeks left of winny and I am already getting alot harder and look more cut. I hope this will help contribute to more solid gains. Aside from that.. I want to do everything I can to keep my gains after my cycle.. Heres my plan so far..:

I have been lifting on a pyramid throughout the whole cycle.. 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps.. going up in weight each set. I am going to try to "shock my body" when I come off my cycle, but at the same time not KILL myself since I am not on test and can't lift as much.. so I'll be looking for more of a heavy weight cutting routine.. I'm thinking

3 x 12 reps for body parts @ max weight.. also I will be doing

clomid 3 weeks after last sust shot ..
creatine 5 - 7 g ed
lots of water
jogging

what else can I add guys ? Whats good for keeping my gains.. I know I am guaranteed to lose some, particularly the water but throw out all your ideas.

bro eat every 3 hours or 2.5 hours. Glutamine and BCAA's can come in handy in between meals or before workouts to spare some muscle. Creatine is a good choice too i think.
 
get on the clomid and also make sure to keep the cals up. You will not feel like eating, but do it anyway.

I also drop both frequency and volume of lifting to about 60-70% of what I was doing, but keep the weights very heavy.

If you are not already using an ephedrine product pre-workout, do so.... it really helps keep training drive up post-cycle.
