the pill ED = No Period?

I remember reading somewhere that if a woman takes the pill everyday instead of on a cycle, it will eliminate her period.

Is this true? Anyone have any research they can post on it.

yeah - that would work, she may have some breakthrough bleeding depending on what pill she is on. I think I read the same thing you did where it said it was not necessary for a woman to have a period every month.

My g/f does it. Studies show that having a period can actually be UNHEALTHY and that you only need to have a period about every 3 regular periods.

I've been on the pill for 10 years now and have missed periods without being pregnant. It really depends on the woman as to how it will affect her menstrual cycle. For me, I lost any and all cramps, went from a 6 day medium flow down to 2 days with a very light flow. I have not heard of it being unhealthy to miss periods unless it is due to the woman herself being unhealthy.
