I've tried this type of a meal plan and it did wonders for me: (while on DNP)
Meal 1: white rice, chicken breast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter (all natural)
Meal 2: 10 egg whites, 1 yolk, 5 oz. sweet potato
meal 3: Turkey breast, white rice, 1tbsp. flaxseed oil
meal 4: 1 can tuna, brown-rice, 1 egg yolk
meal 5: protein shake (50g protein), 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
meal 6: protein shake (50g)= all 5 protein ..close to bed time... 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
protein: 235g...(roughly 1g per lb of lbm)..x 4=940
Carbs: 190 ~ 200 g...x 4= 800 cal
Fat: 58 g ...x 9= 522
Cal Total: 2265 ~ 2300 cal
Works out to about: 40/35/25 (protein/carb/fat) ratio.
