the one thing worse than newbies leaving weights everywhere

happens all the time at my gym. most of them ae dipshit and i hope thy get injured tripping on them
 
Like the assnozzles that put every plate in the damn gym on the 45 degree press, move it once about 6 inches and then walk away.

Next time I see Mr. Fortyfivedegreepresstryingtolooklargeassholeman I am going to make him take that fucking load all the way down: then watch him squeel like the Depends Wearing Assfelcher he is.

Sorry. I have issues with that kind of shit.
 
when i do shrugs i have trouble getting the weights back on the rack because they are like the highest weight on the top of the rack, and im very weak...

but i am still respectfull enough to put one down and use two hands to get the weights back where they were...

i also, of course, take my weights off the bars, and if someone is waiting right after me, ill ask them if they are going to use the bar, or if they want me to put it back.
 
I damn near tripped the other day while I was at the school gym helping some friends get a lab done,I was not happy,these people should be shot
 
If someone leaves their weights on the bar/on the floor, call them on it. If they're still an asshole about it, report them to gym staff. Most gyms have policies in place for these things.
 
its funny when sum newbs use the z-bar for curls and they dont put clips on the ends and its starts to wobble then one side slides off then the other side does and makes them look like morons.

Also we have amateur night at our school, beginniong of school, after a break, or when spring break/ summer break comes along we get all these "new comers " that we there for like a day.

and i hate it when ppl dont put away the weights... beginner or experienced, it still drives me crazy

Or do a set, then flex for 5 min, then another set. Like the fucking muscle grew 2 inches during the set.
 
I hate 'clangers', such as when someone is on a nautaulis machine and then let the stack slam each time they do a rep, i can hear it all the way accross the gym That annoys me the most.
 
Funny how all these toughies who can press x2 my max or so have trouble telling a stranger to clean up after they selves. At least once a month I make some punk walk all the way across the floor to take his crap off a bar.

I make plenty of people do it, but if I was to tell everyone I would be there all damn day.

also have a "clanger"

i guess shit like that doesn't bother me too much.....

i just don't like waiting for people when they are on what I want to use.
