I did this program started first of the year, and now 6 months later still using the same sets/reps count and exercises I learned in the different Phases.

I was the thin taller runner type body before, and I tried the 5x5's, and few other muscle packing programs that never really did much for me. But the Omega Project is the right way, the smart way, the only way to really get built up, pack on nice muscle, but without injury.

I will use what I learned here the rest of my life, no need for any other program again
