Alrighty, if downs syndrome people get 7s on hotornot, maybe this is the look to go for for me. i am going to need some surgery to get my jawline extended, some botox injected into my eyelids (to give me droopy eyelids), and implants to increase my cheek size.

My hope is to look like this one day.
