The New Guy and His Deal......

hey James welcome bro, I am 20. Trust me mein just listen to all the guys that have been on the board and take there natural advice cuz with these guys advice compared to magazines and books, these guys are the Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding, some started early some waited the choice is yours bro. But listen to them when they tell you to train natural because by just listening to there natural advice they can make you able to put 10-20 pds on you naturaly, just ask questions and search. bro. Read and learn my friend.
 
Bro you sound really mature for your age maybe it is because of what you have had to deal with these last couple of years . good thinkin about not usin the juice yet and if strenght monster had read the fuckin post he woulda seen that you said that you were going to wait on the gear...But I guess that is understandable since we do get alot of the "hey I just got my license, and now i am old enough to juice" post around here... But you are making the right decision to wait and will actually get bigger this way if you get all you can naturally then juice to break the plateau. But for right now get a good solid diet together and exercise and workout program goin and and you will see results.

hey guys thanx for all the encouragement. and strengthmonster, didnt take it as harshly as everyone seems to think, but again thanx a lot everyone, and i posted my CKD on the diet board. great board with lots of good info. see ya later guys
 
if anything, take about 2 or 3 years to research and train hard so that you dont waste your money on your first gear. Your first gear is your best so try to make it worth it.

Hey man, don't touch gear for 3 more years or so at least as you don't wanna hurt yourself. Train hard, and eat right. You won't regret it in the end I guarantee, but building a great body takes time so just be patient and stick with it. Stay away from those fucking CKD's in my opinion. They're rough as hell on you energy-wise and they don't work any fucking better than a regular diet. Just start but eating only clean foods, lifting hard, and doing some cardio 3-4 times a week. You'll see the results you want in no time.
