doesnt live on site but a couple that owns the condo for 50% lives in a big apartment on the third floor. thats 2 floor above me. they both work full time

Some rules are made to be broken.

I wouldn't worry too much about most of them as long as you don't disturb your neighbors you should be ok.

thats fucked right up bro,I dont know about the laws there but they cant come in and check if people are there other then the renters without your permission

your best bet is to ride it out and talk to your roomies about the rules and if they follow them you do to,otherwise just becareful

Chill out... they are going to put that all in contract just as a protection mechanism...

in realty if you aren't an ass and take care of business and not fuck up the place no one will no or care what you do...

Play it by ear... see how others behave... and you yourself behave like a responsible person and you will find things will be okay...

I rented a house at the beach for a weekend. It was for 6 of my friends, we had a few girls staying with us in addition to the 6 of us. We saw the owner every day because he lived upstairs (2-family house) He did`nt say anything, always smiled and said hello everytime we saw him. When we were about to leave to go home, he said because of the extra people, he was gonna keep the deposit we left. He took a big chunk of the deposit.
