Winstrol Depot isn't intented for oral use, its still 17 alpha alkylated. Reforvit is 17aa.

BTW- "Safest" and "strongest" are(typically)INVERSELY correlated when it comes to AAS. I can not see how D-ball fits into the category of safest... I also do not believe that it is the strongest either.
