For leisure skiing Vermont can't be beat. I really liked sugarbush. The scenery and secluded trails in the mits of green ice covered pine trees and fluffy snow, you could not even her the skis make a sound, that was great.

For performance skiing i liked Hunter mountain, in NY. This is a very techinically challenging mountain if you want it to be.

The most dangerous slope is simple... go to 4000 metres and go all the way down off-piste

Unless you are a pro and you are very lucky you will not survive

Thats 57.5 miles wide mountain
