The man code?

I have noticed recently that the code of guys ( basically not ditching your bro for a chic basically dicks before chics)is a thing of the past. does anybody else see this man ive had 3 friends this month screw me over a girl.

Guess it depends on the people. I for one would never screw a friend over for a girl. Now, leaving friends is diffrent, but you dont steal from, or screw your friends over in any way.

I wouldn't unless they deserved it for being irrational or stupid, like saying something mean to a chick I like or something. An asshole is an asshole and they deserve what they get. I like to think none of my friends are like that so I doubt I'd ever have to ditch them for a girl.

Exactly what I was saying. Never screw them over, but I would put my girl in higher priority than my friends. My friends parents are going out of town this weekend, and he wants me to come party with him (says its not the same without me), but I would rather go see my gf if I can.

A true friend should understand why you broke your plans if its for a chick. Most people just get jealous that you have a chick to go out with and get pissed that your not sitting with them. I have had people think this of me and I have thought this about other people.

If you have nothing to do and your boy dicks you for a chick its hard not to get mad, but you should understand.

I agree "bro's before hoe's" is a thing of the past. It used to be you wouldn't fuck your buddies girlfriend or ex even. Now it seems people are much quicker to throw away a friendship over a girl. I have many friends who are going through this right now. I think as you get older friends just become less important, or not as important as a relationship. The clock is ticking type thing. Or eventually you just say fuck it.

"Bro's before ho's" means not fucking your friend's girl or getting up on some chick that you know he is really into, in my book. Once you start seeing a chick, I don't think you should ditch your friends altogether (why would you want to, anyway?), but it's a given that you're going to be spending quite a bit of time with la chiquita. Your friends should understand that. When things go sour, show up with a six pack of beer and no questions are asked.

"bros before ho's" is en excellent theory; but can be compromised by a mind clouded by beer and a strange, available piece suddenly appearing in front of you.

SOME bros have the tendency to live their life thru their dicks; in spite of being "mature" and having a wife and children.

a true friend will overlook this flaw of your personality and get over your......adventures......in time.
