Cream of Wheat? That stuff? I ate a lot of thaty stuff growing up. That and oatmeal. Oatmeal on the stove, before they made this instant stuff.

I haven't had Malt-o-meal in years. Loved it when I was a kid. I just eat oatmeal now if I want hot cereal.
