I have added an 8oz salmon steak every night, cooked in olive oil, and I swear to God, I am leaning out. Pants are fitting looser. I am trying to bulk, eating around 4500 cals, not on any juice. Anyone else have experience with this?

I manage a fish market, my salmon is free but i hardly ever eat it, starting to eat a little more now though.
