I separate myself when it comes to work..well real work anyway. Best way not to fall into the EF trap is to delete it from your computer and mind altogether. Get rid of all shortcuts, pics, text files etc. I've found that the same drama or something just a little more ridiculous will be here in full force when you return.

I just wish someone would have given me the heads up on the invertebrate thing.
