I'm not exactly sure why it did not work for you, but I want you to be completely happy, so I added two more months to your Platinum Membership for free. You are now good until 12/6. You can still use the 50% coupon too. All your remaining months will be added to your new membership or if you go for a lifetime, we can convert them to Karma, or you can give them to a non-Plat. How does that sound?
