The "JS" Row...?

can someone direct me towards the thread on proper form for this excersize...?

i use this in my 5x5 for back work, and want to make sure i'm using the right form... it feels a little off from what i remember awhile back...

Do you mean Pendlay Row??? I've never heard of a JS Row??

like a year and a half ago, i was pretty sure there was a row called the JS Row...

it looked something like that Pendaly, but the head wsa kept looking ahead at all times...
