Is your personality on the internet the exact same personality you have in real life?

If it is not, why not?

Why do people get satisfaction from pretending to play out a personality type that they are unable to play out in real life?

Do the people that get the most attention on the net get the most attention in real life, I suspect they do not, if they did, why would they persue attention from a lower quality, such as the internet.

What are your views on how the internet effects peoples behaviour?

Just bored and looking for something semi-interesting to talk about

id have to say that my personality is very similair to mine in person..i guess we can talk about different issues on this baord than we can to some people so thats why it might be a little different. also you can tell people things that you couldnt tell anyone else you knew because these people dont know you..blah..blah...
