There is a rape scene but its not till the end. At the beginning of this one there is a birth.

there is a Hills Have Eyes part 2 available on Netflix, a sequel to the 1977 version(original) and it is ok to, I recommend it, it was filmed in 1983, released in 1985 directed by Wes Craven. In 1984 craven's swan song was released and made him a household name----- A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST.
