Well after years of being lean and lifting weights, i have now gotten above 15 % bf. Im gonna start doing cardio 1-2 times per week along with my normall lifting. Anything natural that i can take to maybe help shed a couple pounds of fat. Im not looking to get really really cut, but i just wanna loose a few pounds of fat. Any ideas. I am about 5'9 185lbs. With 15 % bf.
 
just make sure you are doing the cardio in the morning - this way the only thing you can burn is fat, as aposed to the evening when you will be burning the meals youve had during the day - which takes you straight back to square one.

also sets of sprinting.
much better for anabolism, dont lose any muscle either.

(want proof? look at the difference between long distance runners and sprinters)
 
If you have gained excess body fat after years of lifting you must have been eating a surplus of calories. Find your maintenance calories and eat at a comfortable level below that [10-20%]. Also as previously mentioned, high intensity cardio or just cardio done in a fasted state like first thing in the morning will burn more fat as you will be using fat as an energy source to a higher degree. Combine this with a caloric deficit and you are g2g.
