the GH myth

well after dabbling with this shit for a couple years now and speaking to bro's with more knowledge than myself (ironmaster for one) there is a BIG myth about GH....many guys think it is the miracle drug that as soon as you take that first shot you are on your way to that freak look...not even close to being true...

Gh takes a long time (at least in my case and others i spoke to) to see any major results (min of 3 months)...now you see guys like the pro's who no doubt have become bigger over the years and that is because of the use of GH and slin but keep in mind that they are also doing major doses of AAS as well.

now as for the proper dose to use of GH ( now this is only my opinion)..i use it more for anti-aging and boosting my immune system than i do for bodybuilding...i feel to see any results and to minimize the side affects you need to stay at a dose of 4 to 6 units a day and at a min of 3 months on...at this dose you will see a minor amount of muscle growth but what muscle growth you do get it will be of quality not a water bloat that you will lose...but what i have seen from my use of this drug is a major boost in my immune system, better skin apperance, hair growth (head), fat loss ...


now for the use of getting the look of the pro's my guess these guys are hammering at least 12 to over 20 units a day.that is why you see them having the huge guts , squared jaws and large foreheads..these guys are the walking dead using these amounts...

so GH is a huge myth unless you want to take on the risk and use these hugh doses..that is if you can even afford it...if you think you will get that look on 3 kits you are wasting your money...it wont happen

a bit better, been doing a lot of traction so my back is feeling a little better. i can only train with baby weights now but i think i will be back to the iron again in a few months or less...

With that being said, You know what my plans are. Do you think I will be wasting my time with only 3 kits or should I add another and increase my dosage??

Test cyp weeks 1-5 1000mg
anadrol weeks 1-4 50mg ed
suspension weeks 7-12 100ed
prop weeks 6-10 100eod
eq weeks 1-10 400mg
tren weeks 6-12 75mged
winny weeks 6-12 100mged
arimidex weeks 1-12 1mg/day or as needed
hcg weeks 5 and 13 2500ius
clomid weeks 13-16...normal therapy
gh weeks 1-12 (start at 4ius and top out at 8ius/ day)
insulin weeks 1-6 start at 5ius and top out at 10

The t3 and clen is a given. What do you think?
 
wow that is some serious shit...no since in me commenting on your cycle since i never use more than 400mg of test a week..also no since in me saying your too young for gh cuz i doubt you will listen and you are old enough to know the risks..that being said i would the gh an extra month after you end the aas ....the extra will help you get the full affects from the gh since imo 3 months is a min...it will also help you from crashing from coming off so much shit..

good luck and keep me posted....i also suggest you get a blood test about 6 weeks in...also go buy a omron digital blood pressure monitor and keep a daily log...if your going to do this big of a cycle you better keep checking yourself out just in case...

A blood monitor..I cant afford it. Just kidding! That cycle was given to me by ironmaster. Im looking forward to it and I will follow every precaution out there.

when i saw the 8 units and how you were running the slin i kind of thought that was an ironmaster cycle....shit you might gain 30lbs on this cycle....and once the G kiks in its like having a pac man machine inside you eating that fat:chomp:
 
bro with all that shit if you eat like a horse and train your ass off you should slap on at least 20lbs ...if its ok with you to take Aspirin you should take a couple hundred mg a day.....

the real tricky part to your cycle is using the slin...make sure you follow what IM said to a T....and the timing of the G as well

I am a little confused on the timing part...not sure when exactly the optimal times are. I saw the chart, but Im not sure who that certain person sleeping habits are???
 
i would also be doing a shit load of cardio while your on this cycle...a big mistake guys juicing is not doing cardio in fear of not gaining enough weight...fuck that man you want to get in at least 30 to 40 min a day 5 days a week....you got to flush that water out unless you like the bloat look..and water water water...at least a gallon a day...

timing the slin and gh is the most important part of your cycle...its as important as taking a piss when you wake up
 
I drink 1 1/2 gallons now so I will alright in that department. My plan was 30 mins in the morning and 30mins at night one month out. The months before that I will do 45 mins 5 days per week like you said.
 
yeah the cardio is key....and dont be afraid to add in some fat to your diet...the gh loves the shit....peanut butter and avacodos are a good start
 
What MOD is saying is very true as far as what dosages of gh pros are doing. I know for a fact that 18 IU`s a day are on the lower end by most, and this is pre-contest.

And while we are on the subject, I was recently told by a major name, that Serostim is considered to be weak.........Humatrope for example was favored for mass, and he only used serostim pre-contest and used alot of it.

Anyone heard this before ?
 
I love natural PB. Last year for the show I took efa's on low carb days to make sure that my muscle didnt canabalize. Looks like I better buy alot of that stuff.
By the way, where do you live??
 
make sure you give IM these times and ask him the best time to take the slin... i'm sure he will say right after you train but you HAVE to do it right...i would buy a case of carbo force (grape) @105 grams of carbs and drink that 15 minutes after my slin shot....45 mins later i would have a protein and carb shake..one hour after that a full meal....also i'm guessing you will be using humalog correct?
 
If I can get it ...I will. All I can get is humulin R. I have used it before but I would rather have something quicker, you know what I mean!!
 
considering what time you are working out you might want to get the humalog since its much faster...too bad you cant train during the day...also make sure you have the bac water and rotate your injections......
 
I take that back some days I will train at 8 am and others I will train at 2 pm. I said 6pm meaning now, but that will change.

Where can I get that water????
 
damn td you really need to get all your shit together if your going to do a cylce like this....send me an email i will give you some ideas on the water, its not easy to get and i dont know if i can help but i will give you a couple links to check out

What chart you talking about?
 
There is a chart that ironmaster has in one of his threads on gh. It tells you when the optimal times are to take it.
