I've been researching for a bit now, and i want to get the best cycle that I can for my money, additionally, with the best possible results.
Some stats on me at this time: 5'10'', 177 pounds. BF=?? waist =31 inch, chest= 43 inch, bench=305 lbs, deadlift=380 lbs, squat= a weaker 315 lbs
i've been bodybuilding naturally, very hardcore for the past 10 months. i've been a gym rat for longer than that however. In the past 10 months, sleep, training, and nutrition have been the centerpiece of my life.
However, after careful research (and still some questions because of my unsureness on exactly what i a mgoing to do for my first cycle) i have decided that with a proper steroid cycle i can really further my gains. I will perform deca and test-eth injections on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday of each week in the cycle.
so i have decided a cycle plan as follows
Week Testosterone Deca-Durabolin Dianabol Nolvadex
1 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 30 mg/day
2 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 30 mg/day
3 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 30 mg/day
4 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 30 mg/day
5 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 30 mg/day
6 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 20 mg/day
7 500 mg/week 300 mg/week
8 500 mg/week 300 mg/week
9 500 mg/week 300 mg/week
10 500 mg/week 300 mg/week 3000 iu/hcg (once)
11 3000 iu/hcg (once)
12 40mg nolvadex daily 1500 iu/hcg (once)
13 30mg nolvadex daiy 1500 iu/hcg (once)
14 30mg nolvadex daily
15 20mg nolvadex daily
16 ? 20mg nolvadex daily
As i still look over this carefully i can't be sure of precisely how much HCG i will be utilizing. I have read that four injections is optimal, or for around 9000 iu/total. I've read that although many users do not include HCG in cycle #1, i want to definetely include it because i want to have the best PCT possible. I want to keep most of the gains that i implement with my extra hard work.
