The Endurance Nightmare - FFQuads Log

Well, I guess I have the flu! I've been sick for over two weeks and can't seem to get it out of my system. I got a couple of maxs. in today but I'm sure I can do more at 100%. I'm still trying to get all these done before the new year. Big plans to start my 20 reps. workout on the first and run it for a couple of months.

Max weight:

1. Bench 375 lbs. X 1
2. Squats 475 lbs. X 5
3. Deadlift
4. Rows 315 lbs. X 5
5. SLDL 435 lbs. X 5
6. Incline Bench 315 ibs. X 3
7. BTN BB Press
8. CG Bench 315 lbs. X 4
9. BB Shrugs

Damn Quads, you are pushing some heavy ass weights! I haven't been keeping up on watching your progress but it looks like you're doing GREAT! Keep banging out the weights and busting heads! :evil:

I am trying to feel out a good place the start these weights. I want to make sure I start really light and work my way up. I'm thinking around 30-40% of my 5 rep max and moving up at either 5 or 10 lbs. a week. This was just for fun and to see what it was like. It's going to take some getting used to! I'm going to keep playing with it on paper and start the training Monday.

So, I'm really just playin' around this week. Next week I start the new workout. I'm going to be using the first 4 weeks as a loading phase. I think I'll start a new log. Any ideas on a name for the 20 rep log? Maybe "20 reps or bust" or "20 reps till puke". Ideas???

I picked the weights from my new scedule at about 5 weeks into it. I just wanted to see how it's going to feel after the loading phase. It was a little hard but I was able to get 20 reps exept on the last CG bench. The last 3 weeks are going to be real killers!

I always piss my pants! Then I walk around the gym staring at the ladies like I want to eat there dead body. The only thing that sucks is that fuckin' rash I get from my big pee pee legs rubin' together.
