Actually, I didn't do any of that with the two pics I did. No real good photoshop skills needed for the ones I did. Just cut Jackson's face out, feathered it, placed it on the heads of the the other dudes. As for color, the skin tone was close to the tone of the first guy's skin, so when I grayscaled it, it looked good. I played with the lightness and saturation in the second one, as well as a few tools for blurring, shadows, etc to make it look like his face could belong there.

Image-Adjust-Selective Color is a great tool for removing those pink cheeks of hers.

try gettineg her face as close as possible,then duplicate the picture your putting her face on.Have one layer under her face,and one on top,make the top one a different layer setting,I like darken.

Hey, sometimes when I photoshop something, it looks good in Photoshop, but when I save it and look at it as the file I saved it as, it looks crappier... what gives? Did I save it the wrong way or something?

Could depend on what format you had saved it in. Compression of the file can make it look worse.
