What the hell is it? I've been doing searches and everyone some guys are doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, others say 3 on 1 off, I'm finding a million different therories.
When I did clen the old fashoned was, it was
Week 1 - 60-120mcg
Week 2 - 60-120mcg
Week3 - Off
Week 4 - Off
Repat
I've got the 40mcg tablets, not the liquid so I can measure it accurately. Its really not for me, but my friend who has never done anything and just wants to use the clen to cut up. So its for a novice, no AAS experience.
I started off with .25 mls a day for the first three days and then kicked it up today to .50ml and the sides are tolerable. I'll stick with .50ml ed for another week and then bump it up to .60ml during week 2. Week 3 i'll jack it up to .70ml, and week 4 will be .80ml.
I'm not going to break at the ussual 2 week point. After doing alot of research and reading, Clen's best effects take place after 2 weeks, and best results occur after 3 weeks of {continual} usage.
