sorry for the noob question, but...
unless youre pinning ed, what is the point of using different sites? on my last cycle, which was every mon/thurs i would switch cheeks(glutes). i could understand ed, so that you dont bruise one particular muscle/group but is there a benefit other than that? will that particular muscle grow more vs taking a shot in the glutes? i see particular sites explaining different areas but shots in the bicep or pecs imo, just seems insane.
