The confusion

Ok, here it goes.

Im 5'9, 210lbs, bf% I cant really say because Ive never measured it before. Anyways, Im not FAT, but im not toned either, Im more so, "Big Boned". I do have a gut, so obviousely I need some way to lose that and get toned. Its either: Mega Whey Protein supported with Ecdybol, or Hydroxycut to burn the fat. I seriousely dont know which to do, I want to get toned, and get big. *Imagines getting out of the pool and everyone's head turns * ... Which wont happen having a gut and not being toned. Anyone have any ideas? And please dont say steroids :D . and also, Im 17, and my AOL instant messager name is fyyer, so message me if you have the chance.
 
All I can tell you is to have a clean diet, do cardio and have a good lifting routine. How many cals are you geting in right now ? It is very hard to put on muscle and lose fat at the same time even while on Gear so naturally it will be close to impossable. If I were you I would set a goal for myself, either you want to cut or bulk and then focus on that one goal. I need a littl more info, what is your main goal, muscle or fat loss ? Do you do cardio and if so how much ? What does your diet look like ? What is your training split ?

Well I really need to start seeing how many calories I take in daily, but I havnt yet. What i can say is that I consume mostly: Apples, Tuna, Whey Protein, Milk, and Water. All those are EVERY day. The problem is though, without the tone, size doesnt look appealing. Im going for size and strength, but yet I dont want to look like a power lifter ( look fat, yet strong as hell ). I get the "He's buff as hell" , and "He's fat" from alot of people. What if I got toned, and then bulked up from there, because gaining the weight/muscle back isnt a problem.
 
Oh, and my cardio is doing great right now, running better than ever before, and exercising is doing good as well..
 
So your goal is to cut fat first...Okay now we have a start...You are gonna want to cut out a lot of Sugars and carbs from your diet. Eat foods like Chicken, Red meats, Tuna, Fish, Protein shakes, Vegtables, Egg whites, Nuts (not to much) some fruit but keep it fairly low as they are high in natural sugars. I like to stay away from milk when dieting as well. When you do eat carbs eat them right when you wake up or right after your workout. Do cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-45min/Day at a medium pace. Hydroxycut will help you cut up so you can take that but start off below the normal dose to see what your tolerance is to the stuff. Also for carbs, brown rice and pasta are very good. I like to stay away from breads or anything high in sugar. IMO the best natural diet while cutting is a chetogenic diet with 2days of noderate carb load.

MUSTANG:don think pasta is so fine because it has an high GI.
