anybody watch this show?

I caught the first episode last night and it seems like it will be ok, the promoter is a spoiled little bitch and threw a huge fit in front of all the customers bad mouthing the club because she didnt get the exact table she wanted and it took some time for the waitress to come over when the bar was pretty busy.

I can see her getting canned soon,she was already threatened by the owner if she kept it up she would be

That proves it right there the show is scripted and fake ("what reality show isn't these days?").

Promoters are the lowest people on the totem pole. They get paid didly squat. They're pretty expendable and most of the time, they kiss ASS of the club owners and management -- not the other way around.

this girl was hired on reputation though,of knowing alot of hollywood people as she promoted there and was bringing in big names to the club

Promoting meaning "flyering"?

No one gets "hired" to bring in "big names". Big names show up if they want. Anyone who claims to be, is a wannabee and a name-dropper.

I don't know the vegas scene, but i assume it can't be much different from the Hollywood scene. I'm just pointing out all the discrepencies and false perceptions this show is perpetuating to the masses.

Hollywood Velvet rope clubs are actually pretty fucking boring.

Then she's a booker. When my band plays clubs, we call the booker to arrange details not a promoter. The show needs to get it's terms correct!!!
