I hate to say it but the Jersey JAP look probably killed her. I remember being a big fan as well.

She's very light skinned...and looks like an overly tanned jersey girl. I grew up on long island mostly and saw a lot of white-ish jewish girls who bathed in sunless tanners who had her skin tone.
